THE HOMESLICE DOUGH
Every ball of Homeslice dough is made in-house in small batches using high protein Italian “00 flour, yeast, water and salt. Each batch is aged for a minimum of 24 hours to imbue it with its distinctive flavour and texture before being hand-rolled to order. Each pizza is cooked at 500 degrees Celsius for 60-90 seconds in our custom-built wood fired oven to create that smoky flavour and slight char we love.
