We believe that great pizza starts with fresh, flavourful sauce. That's why we make all our sauces in-house using simple, fresh ingredients. Our signature tomato base is made daily using A grade tomatoes from Italy, extra virgin olive oil infused with garlic and a little chili and seasoned with sea salt. Our garlic oil base is created using extra virgin olive oil simply infused with fresh garlic. Some of our more innovative sauces, including the cauliflower cheese and the creamed corn base are made by blitzing freshly cooked seasonal vegetables to create a rich texture and flavour.
