We aim to responsibly source all our ingredients and to buy locally and seasonally where possible. We are selective about our suppliers, ensuring we serve the very best produce available. 

Fresh produce is delivered daily with artisan deli products coming from L’antica Bottega. Our cured meats are delivered by The Deli Station and Albion, with fresh meats being sourced from Billfields of London. Fresh fish is delivered by Hook and Line, Billfields sister company. 

By forging close relationships with our suppliers we are able to serve up the freshest, most flavourful seasonal ingredients and understand the providence of the produce we serve.
